We have provided each and every one of you with our Standard Task List and our Employee Standards Manual. We have also made those available for you to print-off. Each employee has received an Employee Training Manual.
Although all of our forms and documents have been copyrighted, we choose to NOT post our training methods on our Employee page. You may only get a copy of our Employee Training Manual directly from Michelle Braun or Becky Campbell. You will be expected to return this manual upon seperation from Final Touch Housekeeping.
Inportant forms are available for you to print-off and complete. We also offer an electronic form in .pdf format if you prefer. As a reminder, timesheets are due Saturday at midnight. Payroll is weekly through direct deposit and is paid a week in arrears.

~ Vision for the Future ~
As of today, we only pay $0.30 per mile per mapquest, round-trip starting with either the office or your home, depending where you start.
In the future, we invision paying $0.60 per mile per mapquest, round-trip starting with either the office or your home, depending where you start. We will slowly increase this mileage rate until we obtain our goal.
As of today, your on-clock time is paid beginning when you unload the supplies and equipment and ending your on-clock time when you load the supplies and equipment.
In the future, we invision starting your on-clock time when you arrive at the office to pick-up your supplies and equipment and ending your on-clock time when you arrive back at the office to drop off your supplies and equipment.
As of today, we do not offer sick pay or paid personal time. You only get paid for the time you have worked.
In the future, we invision offering sick pay and paid personal time as a percentage of the actual time worked in the houses. This is a long term goal, however it is our destination.
