Are you an "at-home" parent but want to make a little extra money while your kids are in school?  Are you available 3 - 5 days a week between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm?  Are you looking for a part-time job where you can interact with other adults? Work with us!
 
Michelle Braun and Becky Campbell, Co-Owners of Final Touch Housekeeping, are also at-home moms.  Both Michelle and Becky home school their children so they understand the need for flexibility and the desire to be home with their children.  They only hire for part-time employment, which means 3 - 5 days a week for 4 - 6 hours a day plus your commute time.
 
~ HIRING QUALIFICATIONS ~
 
  • You must have a strong attention to details and a strong work ethic.  After all, with Final Touch Housekeeping, we don't cut corners, we clean them!™  The attention to details is the very cornerstone of our success! 
  • We will provide your training and all of your supplies. 
  • You must be 18 years of age 
  • You must  have a valid drivers license as you will be carpooling from Aurora to Highlands Ranch, Centennial, or Denver.
  • You must  have reliable transportation as you will be carpooling from Aurora to Highlands Ranch, Centennial, or Denver.
  • You must have proof of insurance as you will be carpooling from Aurora to Highlands Ranch, Centennial, or Denver.
  • You must have verifiable documentation that you are eligible to work in the United States which a social security card. 
 
All employment documentation will be verified through Department of Homeland Security E-Verify as well as a background check.

**You must read, write and speak fluent English. We do not speak Spanish.  If we cannot effectively communicate with each other, our clients suffer.  We have built a very large operation by providing a perfect house cleaning each and every time.  We don't want a lack of communication to ruin any clients expectation of our cleaning abilities.
 
Our clients are located in Aurora, Fox Field, Parker, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Glendale, Greenwood Village, DTC, Centennial, and parts of Denver. 
 
You must be willing and ABLE to provide transportation to any and all of the above cities on a daily basis.  We do combine houses in any given city so your commute should be limited and we do work on ensuring a carpool so not everyone has to drive every day.  You must be willing and ABLE to share in the transportation.  We do reimburse mileage at the rate of $0.30 per mile, untaxed.
 
~ COMPENSATION ~
 
  • Your on-clock time starts when you arrive at the 1st home you are scheduled to clean for the day.  You are paid for the time spent cleaning the home and for loading up the equipment.  Your on-clock time stops after you finish loading your car.  You are not paid for the time spent in between the homes as you are paid mileage instead. 
 
  • We will reimburse you mileage at $0.30 per mile.  We keep track of the mileage by using Mapquest.  Your actual mileage might not always be the same as Mapquest as we use the shortest distance.
 
  • All payroll is paid through direct deposit weekly, generally on Monday's.  There is up to a ONE week delay in payroll.  No longer do you have to wait for your check in the mail.  We do not write checks for payroll so please don't ask. You must have an active checking or savings account for us to pay you via direct deposit.
 
  • Increases in wage is determined by Michelle and Becky based on attitude and degree of perfection.  You will be given an annual review and generally a raise based on ability. 
 
  • ALL employees MUST attend a mandatory Training meeting.  This is a paid meeting held on a Sunday.  As a condition of your continued employment, you MUST attend this training meeting.
 
  • Quarterly bonuses are given based on the lack of complaints you receive and the lack of breakages you make.  We strive for perfection!
 
  • Compensation is determined by your experience and our evaluation of your performance during a working interview.  Working interviews can be 1 day up to 1 week.  We want to be sure you are a good fit with Final Touch Housekeeping and that Final Touch Housekeeping is a good fit with you.
 
  • Working interviews are paid at $8.00 per hour - no exception.  Wages start at $9.00 and could be higher depending on experience and your ability to quickly learn the Final Touch Housekeeping cleaning methods.

~ HIRING PROCESS ~
 
  • Because we have an immediate need for 2+ employees, we are conducting a working interviews on 7/19/10, followed by a group interview and immediately hiring.  We will then do Employee Standards training and Flow/Procedures training and complete all employment paperwork.  Please be able to start 7/20/10.
 
  • We will review your application and verify your personal and professional references. 
 
  • You will likely have TWO separate phone interviews; one with Michelle Braun and one with Becky Campbell.  However, having just 1 phone interview with either owner is also common.
 
  • Upon a good phone interview, we may contact you for a sit down interview, generally at a coffee shop (our treat), however, we may also offer you a working interview.  Depending on the outcome of your working interview, we may or may not offer employment.
 
  • We will start you in the field and you will work exclusively with either Michelle and/or Becky or with our Team Leader, who will give you basic instruction of products and techniques.  If your working interview is with our Team Leader, she will report her opinion of your potential ability to either owner for consideration of employment.
