About Mike Cheney Real Estate
I am a Christian as well as husband and father to my wife and children. We have educated our children at home since they were babies. I am also an entrepreneur and businessman. My children work with me in our real estate business day to day.
I have been representing sellers and buyers of commercial and residential real estate since 1975. I have experience in counseling, brokerage, management, leasing and rehab of single family homes, apartment buildings, medical/office, retail, self storage and industrial properties in Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico.
I believe that developing relationships based on mutual trust is at the foundation of the working arrangement in helping my clients with their real estate needs. Real estate clients share a great deal of personal financial and other information with their broker. That being said, we are not able to clean in the many cities of Metro Denver. However we understand the difficulty of finding a solid house cleaning service who is licensed, insured and bonded.

How it Began: The Beginning of Blue Barn Products
My brother and I were first introduced to farm life and the joys of owning animals on a vacation to a friend’s farm during their preparation for the Colorado State Fair. After living in the city for all of our lives, this trip planted the seed for wanting to be in the country and encouraged us to research the specifics of raising animals. Realizing we needed more room than our backyard offered to have goats and chickens, our family began looking for a house on acreage. At first the house search was unsuccessful, but in late 2007 God showed us our future home. After doing some home remodeling and “goat proofing” to the property, we were finally ready for the animals.
Blue Barn Products was started in the summer of 2008. Our mission is to provide healthy farm fresh products to our customers and friends.
