Kitchen and Breakfast Area - Take apart microwave and clean inside and outside of microwave
- Take apart stove top (Gas & Electric) and clean grills, drip pans, and burners
- Open oven door and clean door ledge
- Remove, wash, and replace knobs
- Clean ledge between oven door and broiler/drawer
- Dust light fixtures & ceiling fans (within reasonable reach)
- Spot clean cupboard facings
- Move items on counter tops, clean underneath
- Clean items before replacing
- Polish non-Formica counter tops
- Scrub faucets
- Polish faucets
- Scrub around sink
- Remove stains in sink(s) if possible without damaging
- Clean top of refrigerator (within reach)
- Open refrigerator door and clean interior edges.
- Clean front of dishwasher and top of door
- Wipe table tops, hutches, buffets, etc.
- Wipe chairs and/or bar stools
- Clean sliding glass doors inside and outside (weather permitting), the frame and its handle.
- Empty trash can and replace trash bag
- Vacuum floor
- Mop, scrub or steam floor

Bathroom Area - Dust pictures and frames on walls
- Detail grout in shower
- Scrub and rinse shower tiles
- Bleach shower pan
- Scrub shower door crevices
- Remove hard water spots on glass shower doors and walls
- Remove soap scum from tub
- Wipe light fixtures
- Dust towel racks & toilet paper holder
- Refold towels (tri-fold)
- Shake small area rugs (vacuum only with release of liability)
- Clean mirror(s)
- Scrub all faucets
- Polish all faucets
- Remove stains in sink(s) if possible without damaging
- Move items on counter tops, clean underneath
- Clean items before replacing
- Polish non-Formica counter tops
- Scrub around sink
- Spot clean cupboard facings
- Scrub and disinfect toilets
- Remove hard water rings in toilet (if possible without scratching)
- Empty trash can, replace trash bag (if supplied), clean exterior of trash can
- Vacuum floors
- Wipe baseboards
- Clean floors by hand
